Bednarek Howely Lead Denison Over DePauw

The CSCAA number three ranked Denison women topped the number twelve NCAC rivals DePauw on Saturday afternoon. Their number two male teammates beat the number fourteen Tigers as well.

The Denison women were lead by senior Marissa Bednarek who posted three individual victories and a relay win. The Big Red women got off to a quick start, taking the top two places in the 200 medley relay. The team of Carolyn Kane, Bednarek, Ashley Yearwood, and Mary Van Leuven stopped the clock in 1:45.03, just under the NCAA B cut.
