North Baltimore Aquatic Club today announced that Olympians Michael Phelps, Allison Schmitt (both USA), Lotte Friis (Denmark) Anastasia Bogdanovski (Macedonia) and USA Paralympians Jessica Long and Becca Meyers will be among those honored at its quadrennial event, “Countdown To Gold,†on Saturday, April 9, 20016 at Boumi Temple 505 King Avenue, White Marsh, Maryland. A fundraiser for NBAC’s Endowment Fund, “Countdown to Gold†is a celebration honoring NBAC’s athletes (18 in all) who have qualified for the 2016 Olympic and Paralympic Trials that will take place in this Summer.
