French swimmers will be honoring the victims of the Paris terrorist attacks this week during the 2015 French Short Course Nationals.
All of the swimmers will be wearing black caps reading “Fluctuat Nec Mergitur.” Â This is a Latin phrase meaning Tossed But Not Sunk and is the motto of Paris.
