Head Coach Nick Juba To Lead Denmark For One Last World Championship

The Danish Swimming Union announced today that they will not be renewing Nick Juba’s contract as head coach upon its expiration at the end of the year. The upcoming FINA Short Course World Championships in Windsor, Canada will serve as Juba’s last meet at the helm of Danish swimming.

Denmark experienced a vast array of success under Juba’s leadership with 2016 being their best finish at a Summer Olympic Games in 68 years. Additionally, from the period of 2013-16 Danish swimming secured 26 medals and 46 fourth to eighth place finishes at the LCM European Championships, World Cup, and Olympics.
