Texas’ Jack Conger, the American record-holder, charged to the eighth-fastest men’s 200-yard fly at the 2016 NCAA Division I Men’s Championships.

Conger, who put up a 1:39.31 during a time trial in February of 2015 to break the American record, chased down the top seed today in 1:40.04.
