Louisville’s Kelsi Worrell, who already demolished the NCAA/American record in the women’s 100-yard fly, scorched the women’s 200-yard fly prelims with the second-fastest time ever at the 2016 NCAA Division I Women’s Championships.

Worrell hit the wall in 1:50.61, leapfrogging Katinka Hosszu (1:50.61) into second in the all time rankings and putting Elaine Breeden’s NCAA/American record of 1:49.92 on notice.
