Bloemfontein, Thursday, 6th October 2016  – The 12th CANA African Swimming Championships will take place in Manguang in the Free State from 16th to the 23rd October and will bring together many of the Continent’s finest swimmers who will lock horns in both the pool and Open Water swimming events.
The 12th CANA African Open Water Swimming Championships will be held on 23 October at the picturesque Maselspoort Resort, just a short distance from the Free State capital.
The Championship event for Open Water swimming will be the 5km event where 24 contestants will battle it out for the Continental Championship bragging rights.
