The second and final day of the 2016 TISCA Tennessee High School Swimming & Diving Championships concluded with athletes participating in the 100 free, 500 free, 200 free relay, 100 back, 100 breast, and 400 free relay.
Harpeth Hall took home the first place trophy after accumulating a stunning 234.5 points. Second went to St. Mary’s Episcopal School, while the Baylor School rounded out the top three with 163.5 points.
Riley Gaines of Station Camp and Tatum Wade of Christ Presbyterian Academy battled for first in the 100 free finishing a slim .03 seconds apart. A faster second 50 from Gaines propelled her to the wall where she stopped the clock at 49.36 over Wade’s 49.39.
