Entering into its 12th year of naming the Top 12 World Masters Swimmers of the Year, Swimming World Magazine is proud to bestow the award on six men and women for 2015. The balloting process is based on the release of the FINA Masters world records set during the competition period of November 1, 2014 and running through October 31, 2015. The recipients are chosen by our expert panel including Annie Grevers, Rowdy Gaines, Verity Dobbie, Skip Thompson, and Phillip Whitten.Â
