Towson’s former head diving coach Maureen Mead has been charged with three counts in connection with the video recording device found in the women’s swimming and diving locker room a month ago.
Members of the Towson University administration have been notified that Maureen Mead was indicted by a grand jury today, November 23rd,  on three charges in connection with an investigation regarding a cell phone found in the restricted access area of the Women’s Swimming and Diving Team locker room. The charges against Mead include: Interception of Communication, Peeping Tom, and Altering Physical Evidence in a Criminal Proceeding.
The investigation continues regarding other members of the coaching staff, and we will provide more information as it becomes available. The well-being of our student-athletes remains and will continue to be our top priority.
