Coming off of an exciting night, still mustache-less coach Gregg Troy of Florida sat down with Swimming World to discuss Caeleb Dressel’s consistency throughout the last several weeks, as well as his preparation for these meets. Troy dove into the ways that his team is able to design a mentality that allows them to swim incredibly both at SEC’s and at NCAA’s, something that not many teams are able to duplicate. Troy sites the training that the Gators do in the fall as well as a specific mentality that allows them to accomplish this.
