Boston College Sets Four Meet Records at Dartmouth Invite

The winter storm couldn’t stop Boston College from competing in the annual Dartmouth Invite, hosted by the Upper Valley Aquatic Center in White River Junction, Vermont.

The Eagle women placed third (621 points), behind Dartmouth (1092) and Northeastern (930) and ahead of Massachusetts (537). The Eagle men won the meet with 1153 points, ahead of Dartmouth (1063) and Massachusetts (774).

The meet began with the relay team of Maureen Barron, Gracie Kunkel, Julie Dobson, and Elizabeth Manning taking third in the 200 free relay in 1:39.79. The team of Dan Kelly, Conor Chamness, David Hunter, and Colin Derdeyn started the men’s meet off with a bang by setting a new meet record with a time of 1:24.23.
