Five Records Fall as Virginia Navy Win ECAC Championships

Five meet records highlighted the final day of the 2016 ECAC Swimming and Diving Championships.

Virginia’s Eryn Eddy set a new meet mark in the women’s 100 free in a quick 48.81. UMBC’s Gregor Spoerlein also broke the meet record in the men’s 100 free, posting a time of 44.22. Rutger’s Francesca Stoppa broke the meet record in the women’s 200 fly with a time of 1:56.85.
