Ryan Murphy Beats World Leader Mitch Larkin En Route to 100 Back Meet Record in Santa Clara

Ryan Murphy clocked a 52.76, new meet record at tonight’s finals of the 2016 Arena Pro Swim Series Santa Clara. That time is the third fastest this year, though he already holds the second best with a 52.57. Mitch Larkin is the world leader in 52.48. Tonight he turned in a 53.32 for second place.

Jacob Pebley finished third in 53.57.

Thiago Pereira was fourth in 55.29. Fifth and sixth went to Markus Thormeyer (56.33) and Patrick Conaton (56.67).
