Stanford took down the women’s 400-yard medley relay during the 2016 Pac 12 Championships tonight in Federal Way. Â And, thanks to Stanford head coach Greg Meehan, we have the full splits now.
Ally Howe (51.05), Sarah Haase (57.73), Janet Hu (50.37) and Lia Neal (47.10) put together a top time of 3:26.25 for the win and the NCAA and American record.
That swim cleared the 3:26.41 set by Stanford at the 2015 NCAA Championships in Greensboro.
