Three Meet Records Fall On Night Two Of ACC Championships

Virginia’s Leah Smith started the night off fast with a win in the 500 free, clocking in at 4:30.74. That time broke her own meet record set earlier this morning, and is the junior’s third straight ACC title in the event.

Louisville freshman Mallory Comerford (4:38.01) knocked over four seconds off her prelim time to finish second. NC State’s Hannah Moore took third in 4:38.53.

Virginia Tech’s Jessica Hespeler (4:41.26) won the B-Final and Louisville’s Marah Pugh (4:44.97) took the C-Final.
